Playforce rents out high-value laptops, MacBooks and iPads. To keep rentals safe and accountable, we may require identity and address verification before releasing a device.
We verify that the renter is a real person and that the rental is made under the correct name.
As rental devices are high-value items, these documents help protect both the customer and Playforce if a device is lost, damaged, misused or not returned.
- Documents are reviewed only for rental verification and order-related checks.
- They help us verify the rental party, delivery details and deposit refund eligibility.
- All submitted documents are kept confidential, stored securely, accessed only by authorised personnel, and retained only for as long as necessary for rental, dispute, recovery or legal purposes.
