- Self-collection is strictly by appointment only.

What should I expect after placing an order?
For delivery, you will typically receive the item within 1 business day for orders placed before 12:00pm or the latest by the next business day. For self-collection, we will contact you within 1 business day to arrange an appointment upon receiving the order.

Can I walk in to self-collect without an appointment?
We’re currently operating as an e-commerce store and do not have a walk-in retail outlet at 461B Sengkang West Way, Singapore 792461.

Can I schedule a specific delivery date and time?
Yes, absolutely. Once we receive your order, our team will WhatsApp you to arrange your preferred delivery date and time at your convenience.

Do you deliver to multiple addresses for a single order?
Yes. An additional delivery charge of $25 applies for each additional address.

Delivery is free for orders above $400. For orders below $400, a delivery fee of $25 applies.
