- What to expect after placing an order?

  For delivery, you will receive the item within 3 business days. As for self-collection, we will contact you within 3 business days to schedule an appointment for collection at The Seletar Mall (797653)

- Can I walk-in to self-collect at Seletar Mall without an appointment?

  As we don't operate a physical store at Seletar Mall, self-collection is strictly via appointment basis only. 

- Do you offer same-day delivery options? 

  Yes! However, it depends on the availability of the stock. We are able to do same-day delivery if we have ready stocks

- Can I schedule a specific delivery date and time for delivery?

  Yes! If you prefer a specific delivery date and time. You can contact us to arrange after placing the order

- Do you deliver to multiple addresses for a single order?

  Yes! However, there is an additional charge of $20.00 per additional delivery 

- Is there a delivery charge?  

  Delivery is free for spendings above $500.00. For order below $500.00, there is a delivery fee of $20.00
